Achievements:

• Managed the entire process from tendering up to closing out a lump sum EPC contract with local contractor for construction of two sour water tanks with value over USD1MM.
• Simultaneously maintained two major rate based construction contracts with international contractors valued over USD10MM and USD20MM from negotiating contracts up to work completion.
• In the shortest period as it was required by operational urgency and agreed with Project Manager negotiated and made six Standalone Agreements and Service Orders with international vendors for commissioning and start-up.
• Negotiated with Construction and Project Managers reassignment a commissioning scope from major construction contracts to experienced commissioning contractors with aim to expedite work completion before plant turnaround.
• Performed pre- and post-award activities on managing, administration and resolution of contractual claims and issues with transportation and scaffolding contractors, which provided transportation and scaffolding services for the whole Project.
• Managed a few servicing contracts for Project welfare and benefit.
• Slashed payroll administration cost 15% by negotiating pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and enhancement of services.

Achievements:
• Negotiated and amended the existing Company Tender Procedures (TP) in conformance with Kazakhstan Governmental Bodies requirements to keep TP terms and conditions within the Company’s interests and benefits, and to comply with Production Sharing Agreement.
• Was acting as initiator and focal point while negotiated and developed Local Content Development Program together with National Agency of Local Content Development.
• Developed annual contracting plans for various areas of the Company activities, such as servicing, drilling, transportation, construction, commissioning, procurement, etc.
• Participated in public hearings aimed to social development programs, such as construction of schools and recreation centres, urban planting, environmental protection.
• Developed and drafted contracts planning & procurement strategies with User Departments, thereby granted a fully integrated team approach with other Company's entire department in the planning & execution of contracts.

Achievements:
• Within shortest period of time negotiated bid and awarded contract for nitrogen supply during plant shutdown valued over USD50MM.
• Managed contracting staff.
• Provided expert advice to colleagues on any procurement and contracting issue that may arise.

• Managed the execution of contracts terms and conditions, including the delivery control, timely off/on loading of the wagons/ containers, transportation (railway/ TIR) formality management.
• Controlled the forwarding Company's activity in the area of bonded storage, transit customs formalities processing (i.e. customs examination, assurance of convoy where required, assurance of the availability of funds required for the timely and full payment of the custom duties and taxes, cross check of Company payments with customs bodies).
